We exist to make proper people infrastructure easier to access.

peopleworth was created for employers who need more than occasional HR advice, but do not want to build every people system, process and specialist role internally.

We saw the same problem across different types of organisations: people work becoming more complex, managers needing better tools, recruitment processes becoming inconsistent, HR documentation living in too many places, and leaders carrying people risk without the right support around them.

The Employer Group is our answer to that.

It is a membership model that gives employers access to shared people infrastructure, practical HR support, recruitment operations, manager resources, wellbeing pathways and specialist PeopleOps capability.

Members can access the peopleworth employer hub, HR templates, probation review tools, exit interview forms, performance management resources, shared policy guidance, recruitment workflows, survey tools and practical manager support.

Where members need more than resources, our team can provide hands-on guidance, documentation support, recruitment process support, check-ins, escalation routes and deeper PeopleOps partnership.

We are not trying to replace leadership ownership. Your business still makes the decisions.

Our role is to give employers the structure, tools, systems, resources and support to make those decisions more consistently and with greater confidence.
